Berry Breakfast Smoothie


I love sweets and will post about them often. I especially love healthy foods that are disguised in a “sweets” costume… So when a breakfast option presents itself as a smoothie, HOW can this girl resist?

We all know breakfast is the most important meal of the day and unfortunately, it’s the easiest one to skip!

This recipe is easy, just combine and blend. As a mother of four and a husband to love, it’s the easiest, healthiest, yummiest guilt free breakfast option! These are approximate estimates. Sometimes I use less or more depending what I am in the mood for… Use whatever milk you have around, I happen to have almond. Instead of honey, agave or stevia works great but the measurements change. I love oats but you can totally use less. What’s nice about this recipe is that you can adjust according to your taste buds or diet. I made this specific smoothie with blueberries, which gives it this pretty purple. I ALSO love pretty foods, by the way.
