We all know breakfast is the most important meal of the day and unfortunately, it’s the easiest one to skip!
This recipe is easy, just combine and blend. As a mother of four and a husband to love, it’s the easiest, healthiest, yummiest guilt free breakfast option! These are approximate estimates. Sometimes I use less or more depending what I am in the mood for… Use whatever milk you have around, I happen to have almond. Instead of honey, agave or stevia works great but the measurements change. I love oats but you can totally use less. What’s nice about this recipe is that you can adjust according to your taste buds or diet. I made this specific smoothie with blueberries, which gives it this pretty purple. I ALSO love pretty foods, by the way.
