It’s awards season and I am trying something new this year, so excuse the dramatizations of a fashion diva…
This weekend is the Golden Globes.

Once upon a time,
I had dreams of designing for the red carpet.
If I had any talent that took me there,
I would wear a long train that longed to be with me…

If I designed gowns for the Golden Globes,
lions would not scare me.

Red carpet hair is a stressful beast; the struggle is real my friends.

But I have a confession to make,
I normally don’t watch the show. Gasp!
I know, it’s terrible of me.
But honestly,
I enjoy catching updates and looking at pretty dress pictures.
Come on now, you know you do, too.
Once upon a time,
I dreamed of making pretty dresses for every event the red carpet could offer,
but right now,
I dream of him… and the other three I have.
Occasionally, from time to time, I still make pretty dresses,
